Promotion Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the reduced-rate Small Claims service of process promotion:

1. The matter must be a Small Claims case.
2. The defendant must have a registered agent authorized to accept service of process (such as CSC Lawyers Incorporating Service, Registered Agent Solutions, Inc., or a similar registered agent).
3. The plaintiff's scheduled court hearing date must be at least thirty (30) calendar days after both:
   • the date the service request is submitted; and
   • the date payment is received in full.
4. The promotion applies only to routine service requests. Requests requiring special handling, expedited service, rush service, same-day service, priority processing, or other non-routine services are not eligible for promotional pricing.
5. Service documents must not exceed twenty-five (25) pages in total and must be suitable for standard black-and-white printing. Documents exceeding 25 pages or requiring color printing are not eligible for promotional pricing.
6. All required documents, instructions, and information must be provided at the time of order.
7. Eligibility is determined at the time of order and is subject to verification.
8. Orders that do not meet all promotional requirements will be billed at standard rates.
9. This limited-time promotion may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice. Additional conditions may apply.
