These Affiliate Promotional Pricing Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Pricing Terms") apply only to service requests submitted under SSPS's promotional affiliate pricing.
By requesting service at affiliate promotional pricing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Pricing Terms.
These Affiliate Pricing Terms supplement SSPS's general Terms & Conditions. If a conflict exists between these Affiliate Pricing Terms and SSPS's general Terms & Conditions, these Affiliate Pricing Terms control only with respect to eligibility for, and use of, affiliate promotional pricing.
All other provisions of SSPS's general Terms & Conditions remain in full force and effect.
1. Eligibility
affiliate promotional pricing is available only to approved process serving companies and other approved legal support professionals.
SSPS reserves the right to approve or deny affiliate promotional pricing at its sole discretion.
2. Payment Requirements
Affiliate promotional pricing requires payment in full before service begins.Payment must be made only by the affiliate using the affiliate's own valid credit card or debit card through the payment link issued by SSPS. No other payment method is accepted for affiliate promotional pricing, and no exceptions will be made.
3. Payment Link Restrictions
Invoices and payment links issued by SSPS are intended solely for the affiliate requesting service. The affiliate shall not forward, share, copy, or otherwise provide an SSPS invoice or payment link to any customer or third party for payment.
If a customer wishes to pay SSPS directly, the customer must submit their own service request and will be billed under SSPS's standard pricing and Terms & Conditions. Affiliate promotional pricing does not apply.
4. Affiliate Responsibility for Payment
The affiliate requesting service is the customer of SSPS and remains solely responsible for all charges associated with the service request, regardless of whether any other person attempts to make payment.
The affiliate's responsibility for payment is not transferred, reduced, or eliminated because a customer, client, cardholder, or other third party attempts to make payment.
Forwarding an SSPS invoice or payment link to a customer or third party constitutes a violation of these Affiliate Pricing Terms.
If an affiliate forwards an SSPS invoice or payment link to a customer or third party:
If a payment accepted by SSPS is later disputed, reversed, or becomes the subject of a chargeback for any reason, whether initiated by the affiliate, the cardholder, the affiliate's customer, or any other person, the affiliate remains fully responsible for all amounts due.
The affiliate is responsible for:
Affiliate promotional pricing applies only to qualifying routine service on government entities and registered agents for service of process within SSPS's designated service area.
The promotional rate applies per document and per party being served.
Affiliate promotional pricing does not include:
The affiliate promotional rate covers only the quoted service fee. Additional costs and fees are not included, including but not limited to:
Affiliate promotional pricing does not apply to residential addresses or specialty services, including but not limited to rush service, same-day service, stakeouts, surveillance, skip tracing, court filing, document retrieval, or other non-routine services unless specifically quoted by SSPS.
7. Promotional Pricing Period
Affiliate promotional pricing is a temporary promotional offer and expires on December 24, 2026, unless extended in writing by SSPS.
Pricing is subject to change without notice and is not guaranteed until SSPS issues an invoice or payment link and receives payment.
8. General Service Terms
SSPS agrees only to make diligent, good-faith service attempts. Successful service is not guaranteed.
All other service requirements, limitations, responsibilities, and protections are governed by SSPS's general Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes
SSPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue affiliate promotional pricing at any time.
The Affiliate Pricing Terms in effect on the date payment is received govern the transaction.

- affiliate promotional pricing for that order will be revoked;
- the order will be billed at SSPS's then-current standard non-affiliate rates;
- any unpaid balance becomes immediately due; and
- the affiliate may become ineligible for future promotional pricing.
If a payment accepted by SSPS is later disputed, reversed, or becomes the subject of a chargeback for any reason, whether initiated by the affiliate, the cardholder, the affiliate's customer, or any other person, the affiliate remains fully responsible for all amounts due.
The affiliate is responsible for:
- the original service charges;
- SSPS's chargeback processing fee;
- payment processor fees incurred by SSPS;
- applicable late fees or finance charges under SSPS's general Terms & Conditions;
- collection costs; and
- reasonable attorney's fees and court costs where permitted by law.
Affiliate promotional pricing applies only to qualifying routine service on government entities and registered agents for service of process within SSPS's designated service area.
The promotional rate applies per document and per party being served.
Affiliate promotional pricing does not include:
- bulk pricing;
- volume discounts;
- bundled pricing;
- reduced rates for multiple parties or documents; or
- any other discount structure beyond the stated affiliate promotional rate.
The affiliate promotional rate covers only the quoted service fee. Additional costs and fees are not included, including but not limited to:
- notary fees;
- subpoena fees;
- court filing fees;
- witness fees;
- document preparation fees;
- printing or copying fees;
- postage, shipping, or delivery fees;
- mandatory third-party fees; and
- special handling charges.
Affiliate promotional pricing does not apply to residential addresses or specialty services, including but not limited to rush service, same-day service, stakeouts, surveillance, skip tracing, court filing, document retrieval, or other non-routine services unless specifically quoted by SSPS.
